Cajarc, located in the beautiful Lot valley in the Occitanie region, is a charming village rich in history and natural beauty. This picturesque village lies on the banks of the Lot river and offers a perfect mix of culture, nature, and recreation.
Cajarc has a rich history dating back to Roman times. The village has retained its medieval charm with narrow streets, old buildings, and historical monuments. One of the highlights is the Hébrardie, a former palace from the 14th century that testifies to the power and wealth of the old lords of Cajarc.
The surroundings of Cajarc are ideal for nature lovers. The village is situated on a plateau dominated by limestone rocks and offers spectacular views over the Lot valley. The nearby Quercy Regional Natural Park is perfect for long walks and bike rides. In the summer, you can enjoy various water activities on the river, such as canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, and waterskiing.
Cajarc is known for its excellent restaurants where you can enjoy local specialties. The village also has several bakeries, butchers, and delicatessen shops, as well as a supermarket for all your daily needs. Be sure to try the local saffron, a product the region is proud of.

Your stay includes all utilities (water and electricity), high-quality bed linens and towels, and final cleaning. A flat-rate tourist tax of €1.73 per person per night is added upon booking.
For guests traveling by electric vehicle, the house is equipped with a 240V / 16A standard power socket, allowing you to charge your car using a household charging cable.
